LUXURY, A DEFINITION
" To me, luxury is the ability to appreciate and enjoy a beautiful experience, whether a meal, a treatment, or shopping for shoes. Luxury is how much I enjoy that experience. In a retail environment it means being made to feel welcome, special and completely looked after from start to finish with genuine care.
