Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is said to be soothing in cases of headaches whilst creating a feeling of freshness, joy and energy. Because of this, Bergamot is also said to be helpful for people with chronic coughing or respiratory conditions, as well as asthma. Did you know approximately half of women’s perfumes, and one third of all men’s, contain bergamot oils?
Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Not for internal use. Bergamot is photosensitive and should NOT be applied to skin that will be exposed to direct light. Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.
